Dear Sir/ Madam:


We kindly request you to submit your quotation for "Provision of promotion items for UNDP YEMEN” according to the Instructions and Conditions as well as Annex 1 (Technical Specifications) indicated in this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2 (Form for Submitting Supplier’s Quotation).

Pre bid submission meeting will held at UNDP Sana’a office on 08-Nov,2017 at 11:00am Sana’a time to answer for any clarification request

Quotations are to be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system (, or via electronic submission (email) depending on “Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals” indicated in this document below, on or before 15 Novemeber 2017 at 13:00 pm Sana’a time equal to 06:00am Newyork time noting the following Subject Reference:

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date.


Bidder should ensure that submitted offers are in PDF format and do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected.
